Our Excel Order file is very convenient if you know
our products. If you are lost or you do not have Excel, send an e-mail
with the list of components you need. You will get an e-mail confirmation, and
be asked to send you Visa or Mastercard/Eurocard parameters (on two E- mails
for security reasons).
Several product (robots, planes) are not on the Excel file, send an e-mail.
Euro € and US Dollar $ prices are indicative and depend on the rate of
change. We have to do the billing in Swiss francs (CHF).
Shipping and handling to US and Asia costs USD 5.00 for small parts (below 50
grams and 20mm thick) and up to USD 16.00 for thick or heavy shipments. Air-mail
delivery takes 4 to 15 working days. Minimum order is 30 CHF, about 25 USD.
Pour commander un robot, une carte de développement ou un jeu éducatif,
envoyez un e-mail. Pour les composants slow-flyer, utilisez notre
fichier de commande Excel. Si vous n'avez pas Excel, envoyez un e-mail
avec la liste des composants qui vous intéressent. Vous aurez en retour
un e-mail confirmant le prix et demandant un numéro de carte VISA ou
Eurocard. En Suisse seulement, paiement sur facture, TVA incluse. Commande minimale
30 CHF ou 20 Euros.
Le paiement se fait en CHF. Les frais de poste vont de 6 à 20CHF selon
le pays et l'épaisseur.
